Jalan Group started its venture in warehousing in 2007 and became the largest Kolkata- based development company specializing in tailored BTS warehousing solutions for multinational corporations. With a focus on long-term pre-lease agreements, we are constructing 1.5 million sq ft of state-of-the-art warehouses across 55 acres. The first phase is already leased to the world’s largest shipping company. Our commitment to customization ensures seamless alignment with client needs, optimizing storage, equipment, and technology integration.

Some of our world-class projects –
1) Jalan Complex- (Junglepur)- A pioneering project in warehousing was started in 2017 at Junglepur. This project developed into a build-up area of 172000 sq. ft. Presently our client here is Whirlpool has taken the facility as a tenant.
2) Kalitala Warehouse – one of the state-of-the-art warehouses were built in 2020 with a capacity of 88000sq.ft area. This was developed in record time and successfully sold out to our client within 2021.
3) Bagnan Warehouse – in 2021 we constructed world class warehouse Spread over 55 acres. We make the infrastructure according to the required specifications by the MNC’s which have been leased by Maersk.
4) Singur Warehousing: we are in the process of developing approximately 70 acres of the land into a most modern Logistics Park for pre-leasing spaces to national and multinational companies.
