A. Responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from concerned Governmental bodies as per
company’s requirement through by correct interpretation of provisions under various Governmental
regulations in force and advise the Management about appropriate options / action for obtaining
various approvals to ensure that the company’s interest is protected.
B. Responsible for ensuring that all statutory approvals for projects are in place and liaison and
maintaining good PR & Network with Governmental bodies, Local bodies etc. thus ensuring smooth
continuity of projects with regards to statutory clearances and no interruptions / stoppages in work
occurs. Different types of approval from Govt. bodies in construction/Road & Highway sector.
C. Responsible for obtaining various statutory approvals like IOD & CC, MoEF clearances, etc. so
that all statutory approvals are in place and that there is no stoppage of work due to non-compliance.
D. Responsible for obtaining of all necessary approvals like NOC Permissions, NA, Forest
Department, Railway, Irrigation, Pollution dept. etc. are being obtained with time frame from the
Govt. bodies and it is required time to time during execution of work.
E. Liaise with Regulatory Consultants for submissions / filing of applications for obtaining necessary
approvals from Municipal Corporation ,Forest Department (MPCB,Environment dept.), PWD,
Revenue dept. & Demarcation etc. and ensure that the same is being within set time frame .
F. Coordinate with various departments for project requirements and progress to understand current
& future regulatory issues time to time from department of State/Central govt.
G. Maintain good PR & network with statutory bodies to obtain information, approvals, NOCs from
different depts. etc. and ensure that there are no official notices for noncompliance issued & such
cases are managed through effective PR & informal channels to protect company interest &
reputation
H. Maintain good working relations with departments of local/State/Central Govt. office to ensure that
